The Work wird weltweit erforscht und hat sich in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen durch Studien bewährt. Hier findest du einen Ausschnitt von durchgeführten Studien zu dieser Methode. Die Methode “The Work” wird im Zuge der Forschung auch ISBR (Inquiry-based Stress Reduction) genannt. Diese Bezeichnung lehnt an die Methodik der MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) an.
